30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases. Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Log in to ebay and check in your transaction, we attache the tracking number to every order in ebay.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.
