Shipping Details
Orders are typically dispatched 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Items are sent without postage insurance. If you desire insurance for loss or damage during transit, kindly inform us beforehand. Failure to opt for insurance may hinder our ability to replace damaged items.
We use Australia Post e Parcel or courier for shipping. Please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery, especially in regional WA & NT.
Ensure your address is accurate before placing an order. We won't be held liable for shipments to incorrect addresses. Once the post office confirms delivery, Repo Guys isn't liable for replacing lost or stolen packages. We strongly advise filing a theft claim with Australia Post if needed. If you'd like package insurance, please contact us.
Packages are uninsured by default. In the event of loss or delays by Australia Post, refunds won't be provided unless additional insurance was purchased. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, please contact us for reshipment arrangements.
Most items come with tracking post shipment. For insuring your item, notify us immediately after placing an order. Insurance costs range from 2% to 5% of the order's total.

The color of items may differ from the image due to stock variations. We'll substitute with a different color if the pictured one is unavailable. For specific colors, contact us before purchasing.

Returns due to a change of mind will incur initial postage deduction and a 15% restocking fee.
