We accept a minimum of 30 day returns on all our products, but we do ask that items are returned to us in an unused and not fitted condition, with all the manufacturers packaging intact.

Please Note: We haven't included Bump Stops or Exhaust Rubbers in this kit as many track focused cars already feature modified versions of these items.

The kit contains the following Fitment notes which are relevant to the items within it.
PFF60-502G - This part provides additional caster offset and also gives additional anti lift for improved traction. For a non adjustable bush use PFF60-501.
PFF60-803-20.5 - This bush is half the length of the bracket and uses a spacer, for models with full bush with no spacer use PFF60-503-*.
PFF60-803-21 - This part suits 21mm anti roll bars. This bush is half the length of the bracket and uses a spacer, for models with full bush with no spacer use PFF60-503-*.
PFF60-527R - This part fits into and fills voids in original rubber bush and fits 2.0L diesel models.
PFF60-523R - This is an insert that fits into and fills voids in original bush in bracket to fit 1.5 and 2.0L diesel models.
PFF60-525 - This polyurethane insert fits into and fills voids in the original rubber bush. It is designed to limit movement of the engine and gearbox to provide additional stability under acceleration.
PFA100-14 - Kit contains 2 camber bolts, tab washers and nuts. Camber adjusting bolt to replace the original 14mm bolt. Why not add our Magnetic Camber Gauge to your tool kit so that you can make pit garage adjustments to your suspension using PowerAlign Camber Bolts.

Bushes are one of the most highly stressed components fitted to a car. They undergo enormous strain, in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication. Conventional rubber bushes deteriorate with age allowing movement of suspension components and geometry. This can cause tyre wear, braking instability and poor handling and engine deflection.
Powerflex Bushes are made from a technologically advanced polyurethane plastic compound. This compound overcomes the common problem associated with harder bushes which is increased noise. By correct engineering the polyurethane compound bushes can be made 25-30% stiffer than rubber bushes, but with exactly the same noise absorption properties. Unlike old technology Poly bushes any increase in vibration / harshness felt through the vehicle is normally undetectable.

Powerflex is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on the entire range of products that we manufacture.
We have taken this decision because of the confidence that we have in our products and the way that we have handled any warranty issues in the past.
We have never had a time period-based warranty policy because we have always treated issues that customers have had as an opportunity to learn.
Where a problem has occurred due to incorrect fitting, we have always asked ourselves if the reason for the error was due to poor fitting instructions.
When we have had a part failure we have tried to understand if the part was being used outside of its design parameters, perhaps on a race car running slick tyres. In cases like this, should we be offering a specific motorsport compound?
Like all manufacturing, we have had the occasional material quality issue and, in these cases, we have always replaced parts without question.
So now we have decided to formalise our open and honest policy and commit to replacing any Powerflex product that any customer in the world is unhappy with.
The only conditions that we attach to this Warranty are:
- This Warranty applies to the original purchaser when purchased through an authorised distributor only. Proof of purchase may be required.
- In the event of an issue, contact us directly with the part number of the parts in question, details of the car the parts are fitted to including any modifications/upgrades, and photos of the failed parts and installation.
- Warranty is restricted to replacement of the supplied goods, but no consequential loss (e.g. carriage charges, garage labour costs, vehicle recovery, car hire, loss of earnings, etc.) from any resulting problems. In the event of failure, we may require the old, failed parts returned to us for inspection after sending replacements.
- Failure due to misuse or user abuse is not covered.
- Any parts used for track/motorsport/competition purposes or part numbers ending BLK are excluded from our Lifetime Warranty.
All we ask in return is that anyone wanting replacement parts contacts us directly and sends us as much information as possible which will help us determine the reason for a problem.
