General information
- Our items with plug / wall adapter come with EU plug. Some with 220 to 240V input and some 100 to 240V. There are more information in each item's specifications or please ask us. If not suitable for your country and you are still interested in our product, there is a range of voltage converters available on ebay.
- There will be no invoice inside your parcel. Please print your invoice from ebay / paypal site (eg. for guarantee purposes or customs clearance). If you demand printed invoice, pls lets us know.
- If you don't find user manual in your parcel, it was probably sent to your email address shortly after your purchase. Please let us know if you prefer a manual in other than English language (we can check in our database or send you a link).

Shipping Policy
- Shipping WORLDWIDE!
- We usually ship within 1-7 business days of receiving cleared payment. In most cases items are shipped immediately (on next business day). In some cases items may be shipped later (within 2-7 days) due to any national or other holidays or other logistics reasons.
- A tracking number is always provided, sooner or later visible on your ebay. For tracking sometimes you may need to use other than ebay tracking service, eg. specific carrier's site.
- STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES: 2 to 9 days EUROPE. 10 to 40 days rest of the WORLD depending on destination - most are 14 days (airmail / postal services). We reserve the right to use the most convenient carrier for each EU country (postal services, DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, Hermes, PPL, Colissimo, MRW, PostNord etc).
- WANT IT FASTER? Please ask us about express options for your country before you pay (eg. Fedex). These options are however very expensive. If we agree on other shipping method, shipping price will be adjusted before payment.
- WANT IT CHEAPER? Often the retail packing is half of the weight and so the postage may seem high to you. Some items, however, can be shipped without retail packing, and heavy manual books can be sent by email. If you ask us, we can check what we can leave out and revise the postage cost to you before payment.
- Parcels will be shipped as recorded or recorded & insured depending on their value (we take all responsibility for any losses).
- If your parcel was damaged during transit, a claim needs to be filled with the carrier immediately (eg. visible outside damage of the box). We recommend you inform us of any inside damages immediately upon receipt. Later complaints of this kind cannot be accepted.
Returns Policy
- Items in original condition and packaging may be returned. You have 30 calendar days to let us know if you want to return your item. You'll then have an additional 14 calendar days from when you let us know to actually return the item or provide proof of the return. You are responsible for any caused damages, missing parts or losses.
- Please only return to address which we give you during return approval.
FDA, TGA and other!
- We ship worldwide and all our products are CE certified and original (eg. Beurer products come from Beurer GmbH, etc). However, some products (eg. medical products such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oxymeters, ECGs and other) may be a subject to further (buyer's country) regulations. Since we cannot know changing regulations and law all round the world, it is up to a customer to contact their local authorities or customs to find out more before buying (eg. US customers please contact your FDA and Australian customers your TGA before buying a blood pressure monitor).
Guarantee
- All our products are supplied with a minimum 24-month guarantee, unless otherwise stated (some of our products are sold with a 3, 4 or 5 year guarantee).
- Please inform us before you return your item. Only approved returns will be accepted. Informing us in advance is also necessary for present address confirmation and other instructions
