For sale is this unframed original 1772 London Map titled 'Aldersgate ward with its divisions into precincts and parishes. And the liberty of St. Martins le Grand, according to a new survey'.

The map was published in John Noorthouck’s 'A new history of London including Westminster and Southwark' Other maps in this series were engraved by Thomas Bowen and this would also appear to be his work.

Condition: Excellent. The map is in Excellent condition with only very slight fading of the paper but no foxing. The map is mounted behind card but unframed.
