If you are looking at this ad then you are probably well aware of the quality and reputation of the audio company Michaeson Audio brand and their products which was founded in the late 80's by John Michaeson AKA Musical Fidelity. However, for those of you who are new to this brand what we have here is a Michaeson Audio Odesseus integrated valve amplifier in black with blue trim. Furthermore, while dating back to the late 1980's and built to the highest standard using some of the finest components the Michaeson Audio Odesseus is one of the finest value for money integrated amplifiers rated 45 watts per channel and should drive most speakers on the market. Features include: Several RCA inputs, Tuner, CD, AUX, Tape 1+2 along with XLR phono module output socket. In addition, as expected this amp is solidily built and plays with audiophile level sound quality. Moreover, when partnered with good quality components superb sonic results are achieved.

With regards to the sound of the Odesseus. Whether listening to jazz, classical, rock or reggae this integrated produces a full range and detailed sound-stage with excellent imagery. Whereby the treble and midrange have good separation, air, detail, depth and clarity where voices, horns, pianos and strings produce a natural instrument sound quality which effortlessly ooze from the speakers. While the bass is deep yet smooth and sounds neither tiring or bloated.

As for the cosmetic condition this amplifier has been used and is in excellent condition with minor age and use related signs of handling scuffs to the chassis top which are visable although nothing serious and as such I'd rate it as 9/10 overall. Operationally the amp functions and plays without flaws of any kind and has been a pleasure to listen to. Operates using 1 x 13 amp power cable. No Box, phono module, cables or paperwork included.
