There is No etch through the R. C. 3-wave logo at the underside of the figurine, meaning this is a Factory First production.  

The figurine is in fine condition with no chips or cracks.

Height is app 10 cm =  app 4". 

Weight is app 80 gram.

VERY SWEET. Any white spots are from the camera flash.
