You are buying a pair of generic replacement tweeter coils & foils (as seen on these pictures) to fit many of the early TDL Electronics Loudspeakers (Including the Studio 0.5, Studio 0.75, Studio 1, Studio 2, Studio 3, Studio 4, Studio 5, Studio 10, Studio 107, Monitor Compact, Monitor Reference Standard, Super Compact Monitor + other Loudspeakers)

They are a very good replacement for your old blown or dented tweeters.

Once they are fully fitted with your original metal mesh grilles in front of them they will look very similar to the originals that you have replaced.

They are one of the easiest to fit replacement tweeters.

You will however need a steady hand, a fair degree of common sense (like do not glue into place until you have made sure it fits together correctly) & a few minutes spare time when fitting these.

BEFORE you first open the tweeter up make sure that you mark the position of both parts of the tweeter, they slot together in a certain place & marking them before opening them will save you loads of time & agro later on.

You will need the following tools to fit these.

A philips screwdriver (small - medium head)

A flathead screwdriver (small - medium head)

A soldering iron & solder.

Some superglug & a cotton bud.

You will need a steady hand, a fair degree of common sense (like do not glue into place until you have made sure it fits together correctly) & a few minutes spare time when fitting these.

REMEMBER, THEY ARE VERY DELICATE, NO RETURNS ON ANY COILS - FOILS THAT YOU DAMAGE WHILST FITTING THEM.
