The ice grippers are made of high quality rubber and 8 stainless steel studs.

The hight of the stud is approx. 4.5mm

With the spikes put on your shoes or boots, it prevents slip and fall down on ice or snow or any muddy ground. 

Size M for shoe size 5-7

Size L for shoe size 7-11

It's just a rough size as it's stretchable.
