18K Yellow Gold Enamel frame Micro Hand painted Italian Portrait charm pendant
This gorgeous pendant has guilloche style enamelwork surrounding a gorgeous portrait cameo.

There is a large bale on the rose encrusted drop, that would accommodate a small beaded strand,
a robust ribbon, or a moderately sized gold chain.
Upswept platinum locks of hair are accented with a diamond hair comb, and there is a matching earring in her ear.
A single ringlet curl drops and cascades down the length of her neck.
Surrounding the oval cameo is a blue enamel border, with tiny blue flowers adorning it.
