TILT VERSION NOW AVAILABLE: V3 Wii Adapter with TILT!

This is Version 2 of my Wii Guitar adapter and features the following major changes: -USB Type-C connector! (V1 used the outdated Micro USB port) -Double the amount of gold plating for increased longevity of the Wii connector pads! -Low profile: nearly 50% reduction in overall size! -Redesigned assembly process that enables a lower price point for you! This is the solution to connect a Wii World Tour (Sunburst), Wii Les Paul, Wii GH5, and Wii Warriors of Rock Guitar Hero controller to your PC for Clone Hero/YARG or your PS3, PS4, or PS5 for Rock Band/Guitar Hero!

Fortnite Festival also works on all platforms! Just hold down the Start(+) button while plugging the adapter into your PC or console, then set up the lobby your normal controls. When the track starts, your guitar will just work!

Mac and Linux only require mapping the buttons initially, then you're set! Simply connect one end to a Type-C USB cable and the other to the Wii remote cable on the guitar! The small form factor of this device also enables it to be mounted in the Wii remote slot via adhesive foam or tape, or internally for a much cleaner look and smoother playing experience. Instructions on how to internally mount the adapter are available in written and video format! Inside the plastic shell is a small PCB I designed; the protective 3D printed case is also designed and printed by myself in black PLA to protect the internal board from liquids and dust, which can cause damage to exposed board over time. For ease of troubleshooting in the rare case that the controller's configuration is corrupted, I have included a pinhole on the top of the case for easy access to the BOOTSEL button, which is used to reset the Pi Pico for reprogramming. Programming and configuration is not needed for most games on PC, PS3/4/5, Mac, or Xbox, but can be accomplished with the programming tool listed here:

Please note that this model does not support tilt functionality for Star Power (lack of this functionality reflected in the price); I am currently working on a design to reliably incorporate tilt while maintaining the small form factor for easy internal mounting. Please also note that the shell for this product is 3D printed, and may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. None of these imperfections impact functionality.

Please note that only official Red Octane controllers are compatible with the adapter currently.
