This vintage Dolly Toy Company lamp has plastic hollow balloons, a clown, a dog, and a booth. It has two lights that can be turned on separately or together with the 3 stop turn switch on the bottom part of the lamp shade.

It measures 18 3/4" tall and takes a standard base light bulb. The balloon stand takes a C7 light bulb. The one in it right now flashes.

Works. There is a sticker and a mark on the front bottom of the platform and it looks like 4 balloons are missing from the bottom part of the shade. You could pop some out of the top of the back to fill in the bottom of the front. The metal pole is a bit rusty.
