Shipping policy

4. Shipping fee is including the local handing and packaging fee. There will be no refunds for refused shipments.
5. The buyer is fully responsible for any additional cost charged by the shipping company because of Incorrect/incomplete address.
6. Shipping prices are as stated in the sale/auction and is standard to all buyers, we combine shipments when applicable.

Shipping Option:
1. You may choose to pay for and use your own Shipping Company then buyer sends us all paperwork prefilled. Or

4. We charge minor fees for packing.
5. For expensive packing we would charge a reasonable fee.

7. If there is a significant increase in shipping, your order will be held and you will be contacted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
8. Freight Shipping within the USA only. In exceptional case we will ship International.
9. If you want combined shipping you MUST inform us in advance before purchasing. Once you pay us we are charged the eBay fees, at that point can no longer refund you the shipping charges.

Return Policy
1. We will accept any returns if checked on eBay listing only and within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS.
2. We will accept any returns on un-opened or un-used items, in original packaging only, unless product is damaged or defective or D.O.A.
3. We reserve the right to decide on an exchange or giving a refund. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the purchased item. Once an RGA has been submitted buyer has 14 days to return the purchased item to us.
4. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on orders that are being returned for reasons other than a defect or incorrect listing, determined fairly on a case-by-case basis
5. We will NOT accept return after FOURTEEN (14) DAYS after item has been received without prior written approval from us.
6. We will NOT accept return if items are listed as parts only, not working, sold as is or do not know the history of.
7. Return shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer in both direction. We will not be responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
8. If you receive an item not as described in the listing. Please contact us so that we can correct
the mistake caused by us and provide you with a shipping label.
