Shipping and Return Policies

We don’t offer local pickup service. Shipping only.

Once we have the payment cleared, we will start to pack and ship out to Canada domestically within 2-3 business days and internationally within 5-7 business days. We don’t do shipping over weekends or public holidays.

We normally use Canada Post as our carrier. We reserve the right to use other carriers.

Tracking number will be provided once the shipment is processed( except for letter mail or small packet).

The shipping cost is calculated based on the Canada Post website. We don’tmake profit on shipping cost. Please understand that our shipping cost includes not only postage, but also handling fee and cost for packing materials and labor. Buyer is responsible for any customs duty incurred at foreign customs.

·  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for items that are refused and/or undeliverable.

·  Combined Shipping is an option once buyer has confirmed with us.

·  Better and more expedited shipping service is possible depends on the destination. Please contact us for helping you updating your invoice.

·  We only ship to the shipping address that provided by PayPal.Please make sure your shipping address is correct and current. We are not responsible for any package lost due to wrong or undeliverable addresses. For undeliverable or refused package, we will contact customers for re-shipment and customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs occurred.

·  All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days unless specified in the above item description, shipping charge is non-refundable, all returns must be unopened and in its original condition.

·  Please indicate all returned items from U.S. as a defective return and declare value over the custom form $5 otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees.

·  All returns must be new and re-sellable condition. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fee unless agreed upon return the item. The return policy doesn’t cover misuse, abuse and improper care.

·  Defective items must be shipped back to us or manufacturer on buyer’s cost. We will responsible for covering return shipping cost ( no more than the original paid shipping amount) for returns due to listing errors and incorrect shipment.

·  The above return &warranty policy is only for US & Canadian buyers. International buyers other than US & Canada must get warranty from corresponding manufacturer.We do not offer warranty replacement or return for international buyer due to high shipping cost.

International shipping normally might take longer than shipping domestically. Internaltional shipping might have custom involved depends on different country. However we back our products up and gurantee you will have the excellent experience dealing with us.

1)     Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA for U.S.buyers around 4 to 10 business days with tracking number

2)     Canada Post Small Packet International Surface around 4 to 6 weeks without tracking number.

3)     Canada Post Small Packet International Air around 6 to 12 business days without tracking number.

4)     Canada Post Xpresspost International 4 to 10 business days with tracking number.
