This is an antique pocket watch with a 925 sterling silver case.
The dial is white enamel with numbers around the edge and a seconds dial at the bottom. The numbers have been painted with a thick paint that has chipped in places. The dial is named HEBDOMAS Patent 8 days Swiss Made.

 All hands present.

You will notice this is an UNUSUAL Hebdomas,  unusual in the way that the balance wheel is NOT showing at the bottom of the dial like you find on every Hebdomas I have googled.

The case is hallmarked for London, 1929? with an import mark. Maker's mark looks like C.G.G. but it is quite worn.
The back of the case is also stamped with serial number 734240.

The movement has a cover on it but it reads 8 days Swiss made in the centre circle.

I have NOT tested this pocket watch to see if it works or how well it keeps time.

Please see photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition.
Normal signs of age and use wear including some surface scuffs and small impact marks.
As mentioned, the paintwork on the numbers is chipped in places.

It measures approx. 48mm in diameter.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.

If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 45 years.
