Very Rare makie design / ROCK GARDEN / NASHIJI Natsume

This is by Kiichi Ikeda (池田喜一 1911 to 1989).

Recipient of multiple awards: accepted at least 5 times at Nitten (Japan Fine Art Exhibition) including Highest honors in 1951. Also, Highest honors at Japan Modern Art Exhibition in 1950 and 1951. He had various awards careers.

Kiichi passed away in 1989. His paper career sheet ended at 1978 (昭和53年) in the box.

Therefore, this is an about 44 years or elder item.
