*Due to ebay's new authentication guarantee, they now charge $14.95 to cover the shipping from the authenticator to the buyer. I have never charged for shipping, I still pay to ship the item to the authenticator. However, then the authenticator ships the item to the buyer, this where the new fee comes in.
