- Please include a telephone number and email address for DHL info. Customers must be contactable as they require a signature at the time of delivery.

- Please note that some countries require Import Permits or other documents. It is the customer's obligation to provide the necessary Import Permits.

- If the plants die when they arrive within a maximum delivery duration of 5 days (calculated from the date of delivery), then the options you can choose are replacement plants sent with the plants on the next order or Refund a maximum of 50% of the order value plus tax. Pictures or videos of plant conditions must be sent as proof, within 24 hours after the plants arrive.
