About Michael McCollough B. 1951

Michael C. McCullough (and his twin brother Stephen) is well known throughout the Southwest over the past 30 years for his strong, vibrant paintings. As a Native American (member of the Choctaw Nation) he specializes in original paintings of authentic images reflecting the culture and history of the Southwest. His works may be seen at several galleries in the New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado areas as well as Santa Fe Indian Market, Heard Museum Indian Market (Phoenix), Eight Northern Pueblo Market(Espanola, NM) and many more.

I purchased this art directly from the artist when we visited Santa Fe. My shop did the custom conservation framing.  The frame is a dark chocolate black leather look painted wood.  The glass is museum anti reflection and needs to be cleaned with Sprayway Glass cleaner.  The top mat is a beige suede rag, the middle mat is rust, the bottom mat is black.   We had an electronic Wizard mat cutter and programmed the cuts to show the art and the pottery shard.  I have loved this art for many years, now it's time for someone new to enjoy it.

Overall measurements are 16 1/2" T x 16" W.  The image measurements are 6" T x 6" W.
