Single packs work out more expensive due to packaging etc., therefore, the more you buy at a time, the better value the postage costs work out, so we recommend purchasing in bulk and storing for future use.

Frozen foods are ok to be refrozen if defrosted / thawed on arrival. 

During peak summer months (July and August), where the average temperatures around the country are above 25°C, we may withhold delivery of live and frozen foods. This is due to the heat and postal service holts, delays and changes that are common during this period where we cannot guarantee live or frozen deliveries arriving in fresh condition. Deliveries may continue once the temperatures have returned to normal or are more favourable.
