Refund Policy

When purchasing via the internet a consumer has the right to change their mind and return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods if the goods:

a) Have not been used
b) The goods remain un-opened and are in a re-saleable condition

The return cost is the responsibility of the consumer.
Return the goods with a copy of your purchase invoice.
When we receive your returned goods we will refund your payment within 5 working days.
We refund the full cost of the products only (Delivery costs are not refunded)
