Shipping Information

Dispatch:

All our items are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 8AM. Items purchased after this time will be sent the next working day (Mon - Fri) All items are dispatched in order of purchase. The estimated delivery dates displayed by eBay are estimates only. Your order is NOT guaranteed to arrive by this date. 


Shipping Services:

We use Royal Mail as our courier and offer free Royal Mail 2nd class service (2-3 days) with all our items. If you wish to get your item sooner you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days) at the checkout. If you require a guaranteed delivery please select Royal Mail Special Delivery at the checkout.


We are unable to upgrade shipping unless this has been purchased at the checkout.

Delivery

Low value items are sent via Royal Mail 48 which is NOT a tracked service. The tracking number you will receive is a delivery confirmation code and will only update when Royal Mail scan your order at the point of delivery. We are unable to provide the location of your item after it is dispatched. Should you prefer a fully tracked service please upgrade the shipping in the checkout. 

Items of a higher value are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked 48 service. You will be provided with a tracking number at the time your order is dispatched. You will be able to follow the journey of your item via the Royal Mail website with the tracking number provided. Please note the tracking number will not work on the Royal Mail website until the item has been collected. Royal Mail provide a 2 hour delivery window which you will receive via text / email so please ensure your contact details are up to date at time of checkout.


During peak times and the increase in online shopping couriers are dealing with high levels of demand and as a result of this some parcels may be delayed.

Terms

Incorrect address:

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address details are provided when placing an order. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, then we cannot be liable for undelivered or mis-delivered packages. We can not issue a replacement or a refund until the original item is returned back to us.

Parcels left in a safe place:

Royal Mail may deliver your item to your chosen safe place. If you are happy for Royal Mail to do this, the package will be left entirely at your own risk. Once Royal Mail have confirmed they have left the package in the specified place it is considered delivered, and no claim for non-delivery can be made.

Hot weather:

Any heat-sensitive items shipped in hot weather are entirely at your own risk, and we cannot replace items that melt or are otherwise heat damaged in transit. We offer express shipping services to ensure your goods reach you before damage occurs. So please take advantage of these services as we are unable to take responsibility for the weather.

Returns:

Food items / personalised goods can not be returned. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately where a member of our friendly customer service team will get back to you.
