First it was 1 store which became many. Then we grew to warehouses and now we take our knowledge and excitement of cars throughout the entire country.

Payment should be completed within 7 days of the close of sale, and all payments should be made within this time period as per ebay terms of service.
Please provide us with a telephone number upon payments.
Please also let us know if your billing address is residential or commercial.

Sales tax must be collected from all New York State residents and billing addresses (8.625%).
If you are a New York State resident who is purchasing tires, New York State also charges residents Tire Environmental Fee.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Unless otherwise noted, all standard-sized items will be shipped at Autotrend discretion, via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS. Larger items ship truck freight call us for a quote. Regardless of shipping method chosen, our company can not guarantee receipt of merchandise on a specific date, weekend, or holiday.

SHIPPING TERMS:
All shipping related costs (inbound/outbound) for returned merchandise is done at the customers expense

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
All shipments will be insured for the merchandise value. Any damages must be reported to the courier. All claims must be made directly with the applicable courier. The amount of insurance coverage for loss will be the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments will be made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.

SHIPPING FREQUENCY:
Standard-sized items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (monday thru friday) following order receipt & payments. Heavy and/or large items may take longer.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We can ship to almost any country in the world. Buyers who are not shipping within the Continental U.S. (APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, or any other country) are responsible for all shipping charges.

RUSH SHIPMENTS:
Express and Priority shipment is available, for an additional cost, on select merchandise. If expedited shipping is available for your merchandise, please select the desired shipping method while placing your order. The shipping map below is only for reference purposes only. We give our customers up to 3 days to return your purchase and exchange it for something else of the same or greater value, provided that the item is returned in same condition as purchased.
Merchandise that has been mounted will NOT be accepted for return.
Returns are done as an exchange for other merchandise.

Allowances for credit are subject to merchandise being received back in a resalable fashion.
If their was a local pickup, they are a final sale.
