About RobotFX Price Channel
The Channel Trading Expert Advisor for MetaTrader was designed to make possible trading within an ascending or descending price channel, therefore trading with the trend of that particular channel. So basically the Channel EA is made for trend trader who prefer to trade with the trend. To make sure that the EA's price channel doesn't go against a main trend, the expert advisor is also equipped with a simple but powerful trend detector that can be used along with the channel's trend. In a nut-shell, for a buy signal to be valid (and the EA to open a long trade), the trend must be an uptrend and the price channel rising; vice-versa for short trades.
RobotFX is a small group of very enthusiastic, multinational and multicultural, successful traders. Delivery
The Expert advisor will be delivered by email, at your Paypal email address. The delivery is not automatic, and it will take 2-3 working days to complete. Prior to this, you have to send us your live trading account numbers, so we can customize your version of the product; after that, we'll proceed with the delivery. Make sure that you check your spam/junk folder. If you haven't received the software within this time, please contact us
Terms of Service
Our digital product are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for the circumstances below, under Refunds). Refunds
If you have made a payment for a RobotFX product, but you have not yet received your personalized version (ie customized for your live trading accounts), then a refund can be claimed and will be offered (minus a 5% from the value of the product fee).
However, if we have sent you your personalized version (ie customized for your live trading accounts), then you are not entitled to any refund.
In addition to this, please be instructed to download and use a free demo version of the product you're interested in from our website, to make sure that it is what you need. Also, mind that according to our TOS you are required to have read/understood how a product works BEFORE purchasing.
