I always get proof of purchase when I send any item. This provides insurance of up to £20 for all customers.

I am happy to provide a postal discount to customers buying more than one item from my listings.

I try to keep my postal charges to a minimum but my fees include the cost of the postage plus packaging (50 pence for bubble wrap, brown paper etc.)
