1856 Seated Liberty Dime (Small Date).

The letters Liberty are well defined along with the points on the shield. The obverse ONLY shows signs of a weak strike compared to the reverse which is flawless. To me it’s not wear I’m looking at on the obverse it’s the Mint fault for not striking the obverse as it did the reverse
