“ Amalfi and Pozzuoli “

Originating from c1885 comes these two original woodblock engraving prints (hand coloured). Scenes are of Amalfi and the Capuchin monastery over looking the Bay of Naples and also Pozzuoli near Naples.

There is no engraved signature just the letters W.H.M on the Amalfi, and on the Pozzuoli H.Fenn.

On the backs there is printed text and with one other picture – not relating to these scenes. Print comes mounted .

Full plate size is :- 30x20 cm approx.

Picture size is :- 24x17 cm approx. 

Mounted Size 40x30 cm approx.

Excellent piece for framing with much historical and local interest , and in good condition for over 125 years old. Very fine quality woodblock engraving prints.
