Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for delivery. All items are dispatched by 2nd class post unless you have paid for express delivery. For all EU Countries, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer services department who will send you the necessary return details and instructions.  Providing the item is return to us in an unused condition and including all its original accessories we will issue you a full refund excluding your postage costs. Please ensure when returning items that proof of posting is retained for you records. If your item is lost during the returns process we will not be able to issue you a refund without proof that the item was posted back to us.

    Faulty Goods

If an item is returned that is deemed to be faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations we will issue you a refund or a replacement for the faulty item, whichever is preferred by the customer. Postage cost for the return are only refunded to the amount of the cheapest method available (2nd class post). If you chose to send the item back using an alternative, more expensive method of posting then the difference will have to be covered by you. Please contact us immediately when you notice a potential problem with your purchase.
