This is a new item with tags attached in mint condition.  

The shorts feature a front zip closure with one button, they have two front pockets and two rear pockets, they do have belt loops.

This item was measured while lying flat zipped and buttoned.

Waist - Measured side to side - 16 inches, 32 inch waist
