NOTE: THIS IS MISSING THE GLASS 

Very cool and very well made scientific instrument. Made in Germany. 

Measures 7" in dia across at the top (7.5" at the bottom). 

This item is in good working condition. The glass was cracked and has a piece missing so I just removed it as I know it would not stay in place for shipping. I still have the center needle dial which will be included. I measures a piece of the glass thickness and it measured 2.75mm. The top rings screws off normally to allow new glass to be installed. 

This is made of brass and has some weight to it.
