This top is green floral and the fabric is knit. It is elastic with a ruffle around the bottom. The buttons down the center are decoration. I also have this listed in sizes 2XL & 3XL and pink floral & black floral.

It is a Womens Plus size 1XL.

It measures 15" and stretches tight at 27" across the top and the length is 17 1/4".
