In most instances, if the item is paid for by 12:00 noon it will ship the same day Monday-Friday. I ship on Saturdays also but the time is very limited as my Post office is only open for an hour.

  I reuse clean shipping and packing supplies to cut costs. Clothing will be shipped in a polybag unless you state otherwise. Which is a higher shipping cost. Due to clothing items being stored after listing them they

may come wrinkled. Vintage items may become brittle with age. I test all items and disclose anything I find. Vintage items may or may not contain a vintage scent to them which is evident with vintage items.

  To help dissipate the smell, cleaning with 97% alcohol or spraying items with 1/2 vinegar & 1/2 water, then put the item in the sun until the smell is gone. Items that can be washed will require several washings. Vintage items may have irregularities in the glass. Such as Bubbles or mold marks. Colors will vary with different settings. My items are stored in my open basement. SMOKE-FREE HOME.

  I have long hair. Although I keep my hair up in a clip, a hair might end up in a box. I'm sorry if 

this should happen. I do try to prevent this. But it can happen.

  In the case of a return, the item must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping and I cannot refund original shipping amount so be sure you want the item. Check pictures. Although I describe anything I find wrong with all items I sell. I am not perfect and can miss things. If this should happen I, as the seller will pay return shipping. If I find it you will know. Due to not receiving the original item back, I have had to resort to inconspicuously coding every item to be sure it is the original that was sent. I will not give partial refunds. I require the item back so I can be sure it is the original before I refund. If an item gets delivered broken I will need pictures of the box, the shipping label and packing material and pictures of the breakage. I will refund all costs if this should happen. I PACK SAFELY WITH BUBBLE WRAP...No switcharoos. Please be honest.
