Payments must be made within 2 days at end of auction or accepted offer. NO TOLERANCE. Non-Payment process will begin after 2 days of no communication or payment. DO NOT offer or bid if you do not have the funds readily available to pay unless prearrangements are made.
SECTION B:
SHIPPING “INSURANCE vs DECLARED VALUE” POLICY: The following is our policy for Shipping/Claims/Insurance. BUYER is required to read and understand, especially for high ticket or fragile items.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY IN A SHIPPING CLAIM: In the event of an “insurance claim”, the BUYER is 100% responsible for:
BUYER: upon receiving your package, take pictures especially if there is any visible damage as compared to pics sent by the SELLER. Continue to take pics or video of opening the package to document potential damage in real time.
SELLER RESPONSIBLITY IN A SHIPPING CLAIM:
*The BUYER will need these pictures as documentation for claims, especially the courier receipt.
SECTION C:
SHIPPING INSURANCE OR DECLARED VALUE COVERAGE: will be applied only when stated in the item specifics. If BUYER deems posted item to be of a delicate or fragile nature and should require EBAY shipping insurance, then BUYER must abide by these rules and request such to be added prior to purchase. BUYER will be charged the cost of S.I. based upon the selling price of item. If BUYER purchases item without S.I. and item arrives damaged due to carrier negligence - responsibility rest upon the BUYER for not requesting S.I. — DO NOT expect any refund, exchange or return in such case. THIS IS YOUR WARNING - BUYER HAS RESPONSIBILITIES AS MUCH AS THE SELLER. This posted item does NOT include shipping insurance unless noted within primary description or agreed to within negotiations; It must be requested by buyer, prior to acceptance of any bid or offer.
SECTION D:
SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NEVER APPLIED OR EVEN AN OPTION TO INTERNATIONAL SALES.
This changes with courier policy. If the courier has an embedded insurance amount, most likely, it is a ‘fixed’ amount and cannot be increased. Any claims on an International purchase with or without insurance or inadequate insurance coverage, will be the 100% responsibility of the BUYER to process and complete. See the SHIPPING “INSURANCE vs DECLARED VALUE” POLICY above in SECTION B.
SECTION E:
COMBINED SHIPPING: We do COMBINED shipping. IF there is an issue with Ebay, please allow us to send the revised combined shipping invoice as opposed to the automatic invoice the Ebay sends. If you make payment on the automatic invoice and the revised invoice costs more, you will be billed and required to pay the up-charge. Reason being, it’s nearly impossible for Ebay estimator to calculate odd shaped items and weights in a combined package; let us figure that out for you.
I only ship to the confirmed address listed on your PayPal payment. If you want to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal address before making any purchase! International buyers welcome. Please contact me for shipping rate prior to placing bid/purchase if there is no Int Shipping posted. Peru is always an issue with shipping .... we don't get it either.
SECTION F:
SALE VOIDED OR REMOVAL OF POSTING: These items are in our local store for sale. Rare, but it does happen, any item may sell in-house only to have an online purchase of same item shortly thereafter (before we can remove the post from ebay). If this does happen, your purchase will be fully refunded and the order cancelled.
SECTION G:
SHIPPING PICTURES: Frequently, customers receive pictures of their purchased item while being packaged for shipping prior to the item being shipped, especially with high priced or delicate items. NOT ALL items sold fall under this category. These pictures are provided as a courtesy, NOT A REQUIREMENT. This process has proved to be of a great assistance with insurance claims and retards fraudulent buyers who try to maliciously work the system for refunds or free stuff.

RETURNS:
The following does NOT mean this posted item is eligible for returns. ONLY if the item is actively selected in the listing as returnable, is it then such.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WITH SALES OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS US; THIS INCLUDES DAMAGED ITEM/PACKAGE DUE TO CARELESSNESS OF COURIER. ALL INT’L SALES ARE AS IS AND FINAL REGARDLESS OF POSTING DESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER POLICIES.
We don’t accept returns unless the post notates such. Most items are vintage, antique, pre-owned. Occasionally returns are processed when presented with fairness. In the case of a potential return, these guidelines MUST be followed to the “T”. Any infraction WILL VOID the return, so stay in line:
