1984 G.I. JOE ARAH Rip Cord & Blowtorch 3.75” LOT OF 2 Halo Jumper Flamethrower

(PLEASE READ) This LOT includes 2 action figures; no other accessories are included. Blowtorch o-ring should be replaced. Rip Cord is in great condition. Blowtorches hips lock up, possibly due to o-ring being loose. Coloring is in decent condition with minor blemishes (small marks on faces/heads, torsos, feet, hands, along with other areas). Some screws have rust (Blowtorch leg screw especially). Joints are stiff due to lack of play and being stored for over 2 decades, some joints may need servicing but move freely. Figures have minor areas of scratches, scuffs and discoloration throughout. All need to be thoroughly cleaned, have areas of dirt and possible stains.
