This part is fitted to the front of the NC29 Gull-Arm engine and is a part of the cooling system.

Its exposed location means that after all these years the original Honda part gets corroded and can leak with catastrophic results to the engine!

We have had so many bikes into the workshop over the years for repair and restoration where this part is beyond saving (see photos for some of our failed parts we found!).

The solution was to exactly reverse engineer this long unavailable part produce a brand new, long lasting replacement- and we fit many of these to customer bikes- especially track day and race specials.

We now make these essential parts available for sale to other NC29 owners.

Machined out of high quality billet aluminium- these are an exact copy and will bolt straight onto the engine- complete with brand new sealing O ring.

Original Honda Reference for these Parts were: "19063-MV4-000 JOINT WATER" and "91307-KT8-003 GASKET, WATER JOINT".
