We offer a 60 day returns policy where you can return your item for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs (unless the wrong item was sent or the item is faulty). You must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.
