Instructions:

1. Remove strip with dry hands and peel away from the backing film.

2. Apply the sticky side to your teeth. Gently press to make a suitable fit.

3. Peel off the strips and dispose properly after 30 minutes.

4. Remove all remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth.
