Antique Arts & Crafts Art Deco Machine Age Copper Door Knobs 2 sets (4 knobs)
Two pairs of original antique Arts & Crafts/Art Deco antiqued copper door knobs, slightly oval round shape with raised bands around the centres. They have a wonderful mellow dark antique finish but they could be polished bright if required. One backplate/rosette still present on the fixing rod of one pair (this rod tightly fitted into the knobs), the other pair of knobs are separate from their fixing rod and they have no backplates/rosettes.
The knobs measure 1.75 inches in diameter and protrude 2.25 inches from a door surface. The one rosette present measures 2 inches in diameter. The fixing rods have a choice of holes for different door thicknesses and can be cut shorter if required.
CONDITION:
In excellent antique condition with no splits, dents or other problems but one of the knobs has some irregularity to the surface of the protruding band only. The fixing rod is tight in the knobs of one pair. Please see the images.
