The item has very nice lithography of incubator and baling press. 

CONDITION:  It has normal letter folds, slight tear at fold with some toning at margins.  Still in decent condition please see images.  top and is in very good condition.   The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the billhead.

Approximate size is 8 1/2" by 7".
