All sales are final; no change of mind is accepted.

Please make sure order placed correctly or ask question prior the purchase.

Shipping and Delivery terms

General handling times is 1-2 business days.

There are two shipping methods in my store.

All bulk /fabric/ items unfitted into flat mail, will be shipped in tracked satchel via AU POST.

All patches/ vinyls/ items fitted into flat mail, will be shipped in untracked letter. If customer require a tracked satchel or express post please contact me to quote/update the postage.

Combined postage is available; please contact me for a custom listing. Alternatively, customer who goes ahead to place and pay multiple orders will be contacted and refunded for a credit on postage.

Return terms

All Sales are final, no return and refund for change of the mind.

Return will be accepted when item received is not as described or arrival damaged. Please note , return and refund are not applied on Vinyl Transfer listings sold in my store . When return is issued, buyer need to pack and return the item within 7 days. The returned item must be in unused and in it’s original condition.
