Super Sexy Soft and Stunning Vintage 90s Black Velvet Strapless Rhinestone Embellished Semi Cheer Chiffon Belted Tie Back Evening Gown ~ This beautiful dress is a soft black polyester velvet and spandex blend. It is strapless and has elastic banding across the top of the bust. The front of the underbust has an a rhinestone adorned center, the sides have threaded belt loops, and two attached semi sheer chiffon sashes that can be slid through the threaded belt loops and tied in back. Alternatively, I have also shown the chiffon sashes over the shoulders and tied in back. Dress hugs the hips on the way down and back of the dress has a 22” hem slit. Dress is a closure free pull on style and has some stretch. No flaws to note. Dress was made by Roberta, in Mexico. Fabric and lining polyester and spandex blend. Size listed as a M.
