This is originally from a BMW 1982 R100RT, It will fit other models, but you will need to check the compatibility.

•It has been stripped down and inspected.

•The worn stretched springs have been replaced, see photo comparing old vs. new spring.

•Internal shaft polished.

•A new bosch connector was fitted to replace the old one as they are prone to breaking due to becoming brittle.

•The outer aluminium casing was soda blasted, so it has a like new finish.

•The lid and side cap were blasted and painted in high temperature black paint.

•All parts thouroughly cleaned, greased where necessary, then reassembled.

•A new cork gasket was made for the lid out to replace the degraded foam one.

•The old rusty external screws have been replaced with stainless steel cap screws, stainless steel wavy washers, and in with a dab of loctite.

•Comes with a new o-ring to seal to the timing cover.
