1986-1996 Corvette VATS Disable Override Module Code 4

 

This module is a CODE 4: 887 OHMS

 

 

 The VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System) System was developed to stop the theft of Corvettes from 1986-1996.  While it did that it has also stranded a lot of owners if/or when it becomes inoperable. Using this module will bypass your Corvette's VATS to allow your car to always start, and avoid expensive repairs and towing costs. 

This module is designed to be installed under the dash by removing and reconnecting the harness, no cutting or splicing required. If you wish to return your C4 Corvette's VATS System to "regular" operation simple remove this module and reconnect the system.

Please be sure to order the correct module based on your Corvette's ignition key code. We have a listing for each of the 15 codes GM used in the Corvette. Any GM dealer can access this code from your own key. Or with a multi-meter at home you can read out which resistance your key is and order the correct code.
