This item shows wear including scratches, discoloration, one of the handles is loose and uneven, surface rust throughout the metal, nicks and chips to the handle, splits to the handles, and there are signs of age and use; the shears are still sharp.  This item measures 4.5” x 2.75” x 22.75” when closed.  Please see pictures for more details.
