Vintage, probably 1990s Betsy Johnson Mini dress/TunicSize P
Preowned and in very good condition overall with the exception of a hole on the right pocket and a couple of pin holes....see last two pictures (7+8 pics). These could be fixed by a professional seamstress, covered with a couple of cute patches or fabric.
Velvety soft chenille fabric, seems to be primarily cotton....(no fabric content tags)
Rich maroon/burgundy (5th- 8th pics are most accurate) color with coordinating same color trim, grosgrain ribbon throughout.
Round neck, with a three button closure... poorboy front, 3/4-longish sleeves
Adjustable semi fitted waist with ribbon tie back.
Slightly flared skirt, with a pair of patch pockets
Looks great as dress or over leggings/jeans as tunic
