VTG Tin Bell & Wood Handle Noise Maker - New Years - Mardi Gras - Americana.

This was made sometime around 1940-1950. This is about 4 inches tall. It is about 4 inches in diameter on the bell. There is wear to the paint. The handle will rest upright, but will also rest at an angle if pushed to the side. The integrity is strong and the bell works well. There is some signs of rust along the edges. See pictures.
