Normally closed (NC) thermal switch means that the contacts of thermal switch normally remain closed. When temperature increases to the set value, the contacts would open and cut the circuit OFF. The reset temperature about 15℃ lower.

Units with Manual Reset does not have a reset temperature. It means you have to press the button to reset the unit with manual reset.

Temperature Switches are the industry standard precision ± 5 degrees, which is because it is a mechanical temperature switch.
For example: 50 C   have its normally closed temperature range is from 45-55 degrees, then it is disconnected from the temperature 
at a temperature 45-55 degrees disconnected. This is the opening temperature. Temperature is needed for a time-consuming
process, generally 30-60 seconds at temperature sufficient to feel the temperature effect.
