Payment Policy

If you are the winning bidder our preferred method of payment is immediately with PayPal, if you are unable to make immediate payment, please contact us within 3 days of winning the item.

Buyers that are unable to make payment at the time of purchase should reconsider bidding on items or using the commit to "Buy it Now" icon. Once you have committed to making that bid or clicking the icon you should be ready to take care of your end with payment.  

If NO payment or contact is received in 4 days, we will have NO choice to proceed with eBay's guidelines to report an unpaid item and to continue with negative feedback. We will do what we can to avoid receiving or giving any negative feedback if possible.

Feedback Policy

I promise to leave you feedback as soon as payment is received and please remember to leave the appropriate feedback for me after you receive your item. If you do not understand the importance of eBay's Guidelines on the feedback and the 4 questions that follow (item as described, communication, shipping time, shipping/handling prices), these questions are rated from 1 star to 5 stars and are optional and should only be answered after you receive your item, 5 stars is our goal and certainly the goal for every seller on eBay. Please answer with honesty, this system is not meant to hurt anyone, but has the potential of doing so. If you have any problem prior to leaving a neutral or negative feedback, please give us a chance to work it out, that is fair to both the buyer and the seller.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless item has been misrepresented in anyway. If that is the case, we ask that the winning buyer must contact me as soon as possible after receiving your item, and please have the item returned to us within 30 days of the sell date or NO REFUND will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Buyers that purchase an item with a separate shipping fee will be refunded for the amount of sale of the item and will not be refunded the shipping and handling fees.

Buyers that purchase an item with free shipping:

If the item is being returned due to seller misrepresentation of the item we will give full refund to the buyer as soon as the items has been returned to the seller. Refund will be given immediately once item is received by seller.

If the buyer is returning an item due to no fault of the seller, the seller reserves the right to only refund the amount minus the actual shipping cost paid by the seller. Upon request of the buyer the seller will supply documentation to support the shipping fees. Also the buyer is still responsible for the returning of the item.

Canada Bidders

If you are the winning bidder and you are in Canada, the shipping cost vary from Country to Country, however the shipping calculator doesn't always work properly. If you feel there is problem with the shipping rates on your invoice, please contact us prior to checkout with PayPal, I can check the shipping rates and revise your invoice for a possible lower shipping cost.

International Bidders

Please note that if you would like insurance and the listing states International First Class Mail you will have to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail International Services. I can no longer insure using International First Class, if you want to contact me, I can accommodate you by upgrading your service for a higher postage fee.

Customs Disclaimer

International bidders please note that I am not responsible for any items that are selected by Federal Custom Officers and charged an additional fee. Custom Officers package selection is completely random and has nothing to do with the United States Postal Service or any country's Postal System, they are a separate branch of Government to monitor what is coming in and going out of every Country for the security and safety of all citizens. I assure you that all efforts will be taken to ensure the custom forms will be filled out correctly, however we are all human and if an error is made on my part and this is the result of a extra charge to the buyer, there is a disclaimer on the form the Customs Agents attach declaring the fees due, the form fully explains your rights to dispute this charge. If for some reason this ever is an issue, the only thing that can be done is to pay the fees and dispute the charges. The sales receipt will clearly show the value of the item and that is indisputable. The seller can not file this dispute for the buyer or be responsible for reimbursement of the fees. This is a simple process and if you follow through, the buyer will receive a refund of the fees. Please understand this does not always happen, but is always a possibility.

Shipping Discount Policy

(International Combined Shipping Discounts are generally not possible, however we will decide on an individual basis, determined by items to be combined).

I will only be able to do a combined shipping discount as long as you haven't completed the checkout with PayPal.

The winning bidder on an auction item or by clicking on the "Buy It Now" button will receive an automatic invoice, if you win two listings the second invoice should be updated with both listings. Please verify that all of your items are correct before continuing, each invoice after the first should reflect a shipping discount. If for some reason that invoice does not reflect a discount or is incorrect in any way, please do not hesitate to notify us, so we may correct it and send you a new invoice. 

Shipping Policy

I will ship the same day (24 hours of time purchase is complete) of receiving payment. My preferred shipping service is the United States Postal Service, all packages are properly secured and handled with pride by a retired USPS employee. I can also assure you that I have experience with all shipping services available for any size package.
