This is an original William IV antique silver serving(tablespoon) spoon.

The spoon is the classic fiddle pattern shape with an Exeter Hallmark for the year 1833.

Exeter finished as an essayer in 1882and  is one of the rarer hallmarks.

The silversmith is Roger Williams of Bristol.
'RW' is alongside the hallmark..

An ownership engraving, of a lion, is at the head of the handle.

The substantial spoon  (23 cm length) weighs over two ounces at 67 grams.

There is light wear  but generally the spoon is in a good condition with no damage.
