This is a vintage 1930s silver plated Royal Navy sporting medal for athletics.
This medal was awarded for a cross country race.
This medal comes with it's original presentation case.
An athlete is depicted running on the front.
On the reverse, under a naval crown, is an engraved caption which reads;
' M.T.E. 1936 CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR 3RD R.C. FORROW. '
The eighty seven year old medal is in a good condition with all details present and no damage.
